Our chefs collaborate with local farmers to ensure our menus are created around seasonal produce, showcasing the best of Andalusia around the year.

La Fonda boasts an impressive open kitchen and three separate dining areas, including the the beautiful 16th-century Hermitage of San Sebastian, featuring an eclectic mix of modern design with calming blue tones reflected in the candlelight.
